Sale of our goods is on a NO returns basis unless the shipment would be damaged. It is the client’s responsibility to check the goods when accepting the shipment from our courier. Claims for shortages/damages or non-delivery must be made in writing immediately after receiving the goods.
Once we have received a claim, we will verify the situation and contact you accordingly to advise on whether you need to return the goods or receive a credit note. Any complaints will be taken into account no more than 2 days after receiving and checking the goods. When accepting the goods, please make sure the black wrap is not defected or opened.
